CITRUS BERGAMIA
Bergamot is a plant that produces a type of citrus fruit. Oil from the peel of the fruit, and extract from the fruit juice, are used to make medicine.
Bergamot oil is most commonly used in aromatherapy for anxiety, nausea and vomiting, pain, and other conditions. Bergamot extract is used for schizophrenia, reducing side effects of certain prescription drugs such as antipsychotics and aromatase inhibitors, and other conditions. There is no good scientific evidence to support any of the uses of bergamot oil or extract.

HOW TO USE:-
AROMATIC USE
Inhalation: Directly inhale from the bottle. Or place few drops on your palm then cupped around your nose and inhale deeply.
Diffuser / Humidifier / Nebulizer: Use it with electronic diffuser of your choice. Amount of essential oil drops depends on the device. Do check the device manual.
Wood Diffuser: Use 3 – 5 drops of the essential oil on Bam & Co. Wood Diffuser.
Spray: Mix ratio 3ml Essential Oil : 100 Water to create pillow spray, air freshener, room spray, repellent spray.
TOPICAL USE
Apply to skin / Massage: Dilute with Bam & Co. Native / Carrier Oil with the ratio of 1 Essential Oil : 20 Native Oil (eg. 5ml Essential oil to 100ml Native Oil)
Best area to apply to are neck, forehead and temples, chest and abdomen, arms legs and bottom of feet.
Add few drops to bathtub for shower.
Add to shampoo or lotion to apply to skin.
