What goes into your products?
We use sustainably and ethically sourced natural ingredients to ensure that our products are free from synthetics and harmful chemicals. All the ingredients and materials we use differ from product to product, and we list them all in our product descriptions.
The product I want to buy is no longer in stock. Will it be restocked?
We usually manufacture our products in small batches and your favourite product will likely be restocked soon.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit card payments & E-wallet.
I made a mistake while placing my order, can I change it?
Once you realize that you have made a mistake while placing your order for our organic essential oils or skincare products, please connect with us immediately. We cannot change an order once we finish processing it. It typically takes us X hours to process an order.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we deliver all our products worldwide. However, if you discover that we cannot ship our product to your location, you can connect with us to discuss an alternate shipping arrangement and get your therapeutic essential oils and natural skincare products delivered to you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
How long it will take for you to receive your order depends on your location and we always send you an estimated date of delivery once your order is placed.
