To use, place the nasal inhaler near nostrils, then slowly inhale. Rules of 5-5-5 when using nasal inhaler. Count to 5 while inhaling in, count to 5 while holding breath, count to 5 while exhaling. May repeat 2-3 times as needed. You can use your Breathe wick anytime throughout your day or night.

NOTE:-
Should you feel you are getting over exposed to it – feeling dizzy, headaches nausea, etc.- stop using it and take some fresh air and drink a lot of water. Best to keep nasal inhalers out of direct sunlight and heat so potency is not diminished.
