Rosemary is an herb. Oil is extracted from the leaf and used to make medicine.
Rosemary is used for digestion problems, including heartburn, intestinal gas (flatulence), and loss of appetite. It is also used for liver and gallbladder complaints, gout, cough, headache, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, stress, depression, improving memory in healthy adults, reducing age-related memory loss, improving energy and mental tiredness, opioid withdrawal symptoms, sunburn protection, and diabetic kidney disease. Rosemary is also widely used as a spice in food.

HOW TO USE:-
AROMATIC USE
Inhalation: Directly inhale from the bottle. Or place few drops on your palm then cupped around your nose and inhale deeply.
Diffuser / Humidifier / Nebulizer: Use it with electronic diffuser of your choice. Amount of essential oil drops depends on the device. Do check the device manual.
Wood Diffuser: Use 3 – 5 drops of the essential oil on Bam & Co. Wood Diffuser.
Spray: Mix ratio 3ml Essential Oil : 100 Water to create pillow spray, air freshener, room spray, repellent spray.
TOPICAL USE
Apply to skin / Massage: Dilute with Bam & Co. Native / Carrier Oil with the ratio of 1 Essential Oil : 20 Native Oil (eg. 5ml Essential oil to 100ml Native Oil)
Best area to apply to are neck, forehead and temples, chest and abdomen, arms legs and bottom of feet.
Add few drops to bathtub for shower.
Add to shampoo or lotion to apply to skin.
