Common juniper is an evergreen conifer. Mature trees can reach a height of 10m and live for up to 200 years. Its bark is grey-brown and peels with age, and its twigs are reddish brown. The branches and berries of the Juniper, a coniferous tree, have been used for medicinal and spiritual purposes since ancient times. Native Americans use juniper berries for medicinal applications and burn the berries to cleanse and purify the air. I dabble in making natural forms of incense. Juniper berries are a natural antiseptic, as is the essential oil. It may help combat acne when used at low dilutions in skin care applications. A room mist/air freshener made with Juniper Berry Essential Oil may help to kill airborne germs.

HOW TO USE:-
AROMATIC USE
Inhalation: Directly inhale from the bottle. Or place few drops on your palm then cupped around your nose and inhale deeply.
Diffuser / Humidifier / Nebulizer: Use it with electronic diffuser of your choice. Amount of essential oil drops depends on the
device. Do check the device manual.
Wood Diffuser: Use 3 – 5 drops of the essential oil on Bam & Co. Wood Diffuser.
Spray: Mix ratio 3ml Essential Oil : 100 Water to create pillow spray, air freshener, room spray, repellent spray.
TOPICAL USE
Apply to skin / Massage: Dilute with Bam & Co. Native / Carrier Oil with the ratio of 1 Essential Oil : 20 Native Oil (eg. 5ml
Essential oil to 100ml Native Oil)
Best area to apply to are neck, forehead and temples, chest and abdomen, arms legs and bottom of feet.
Add few drops to bathtub for shower.
Add to shampoo or lotion to apply to skin.
