LAVANDULA DENTATA

Derived from Lavandula dentata, commonly known as French Lavender, this essential oil is extracted through steam distillation of the plant’s flowering tops. Its distinctive scent combines floral sweetness with herbaceous and lightly camphoraceous notes, making it popular in wellness and aromatherapy practices. French Lavender belongs to the Lamiaceae botanical family, which includes other aromatic plants such as peppermint, sage, and rosemary.

HOW TO USE:

AROMATIC USE

Inhalation: Directly inhale from the bottle. Or place few drops on your palm then cupped around your nose and inhale deeply.

Diffuser / Humidifier / Nebulizer: Use it with electronic diffuser of your choice. Amount of essential oil drops depends on the device. Do check the device manual.

Wood Diffuser: Use 3 – 5 drops of the essential oil on Bam & Co. Wood Diffuser.

Spray: Mix ratio 3ml Essential Oil : 100 Water to create pillow spray, air freshener, room spray, repellent spray.

 

TOPICAL USE

Apply to skin / Massage: Dilute with Bam & Co. Native / Carrier Oil with the ratio of 1 Essential Oil : 20 Native Oil (eg. 5ml Essential oil to 100ml Native Oil)

Best area to apply to are neck, forehead and temples, chest and abdomen, arms legs and bottom of feet.

Add few drops to bathtub for shower.

Add to shampoo or lotion to apply to skin.
