HOW TO USE & RECOMMENDED RITUAL:

1. Soak your feet in warm water (ideally with BAM&CO foot soak) for 10–15 minutes to soften the skin.

2. Hold the bamboo foot scrub comfortably by its wooden handle.

3. Rub the textured grey exfoliating pad gently against rough areas, calluses, or dry heels.

4. Use firm yet gentle back-and-forth or circular motions based on your comfort.

5. Rinse your feet with clean water and pat dry.

6. Apply a generous layer of BAM&CO massage oil or foot cream immediately after to lock in deep moisture.

7. Wash the scrub tool with warm water after use, and hang it by the rope in a well-ventilated area to dry.
